Before going to the store, please check that the item(s)you wish to return will be accepted by referring to this checklist.
Your item must be in perfect condition, without stains or holes.

We distinguish several degrees of condition:
New: an item with its original label, never worn.
Excellent condition: the item is like new, with no signs of wear or defects.
Very good condition: the item shows only minor traces of wear, invisible at 30cm.

We do not accept items in any other condition: damaged, torn, unfunctional, stained, deformed, dirty, etc.
Items no longer in their original condition, such as those that have been altered or have missing parts (buttons, belt...) are excluded.
We will only take back BELLEROSE items: your item must bear the brand label and the inner composition and care labels.
Shoes and items made before 2017 are excluded from returns.

IMPORTANT : YOU CAN TRADE IN A MAXIMUM OF 5 ARTICLES FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS.
